Conrac Solutions is seeking a poised, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our national leadership team and Board of Directors. This key role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment within the commercial real estate development industry.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly—someone who brings polish, professionalism, and proven experience supporting executives, managing board activities, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:Executive & Board Support• Coordinate and manage logistics for Board and Committee meetings.• Prepare and distribute Board materials, agendas, and minutes.• Track action items and ensure follow-through on deadlines and commitments.• Act as a liaison for executives and Board members to ensure timely communication and support.Administrative & Project Management• Track and follow up on projects, calendar holds, and task deadlines.• Create and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations.• Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and signature collection.• Support office systems including document retention, file management, and clerical tasks.Meetings & Events• Organize virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and special events.• Provide event support including catering, logistics, and materials preparation.• Attend meetings to take notes and manage internal action items.Office Operations & Communications• Maintain general office operations including supply management and visitor coordination.• Partner with Communications to support the creation of marketing materials and branding initiatives.• Facilitate clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
What You Bring:• 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally within commercial construction, engineering, or real estate.• Board support experience highly preferred.• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.• A high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs.• Self-starter with a flexible mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
