We seek a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for our Support Team (Support Coach). This position will play a critical role in supporting our coaching team and coaching clientele. This is a remote position, but it is for a Washington resident who can commute to the SeaTac area on occasion.

Primary Job Functions: To assist the Head Coach in the delivery of quality coaching to our clients based upon the BDR core principles and ideologies, empowering our clients to drive profit and growth in their businesses.

  • Acquire correct and timely financial statements, financial intake paperwork, and other items as directed by the Coach, Support Team Leader, or written processes.
  • Create, edit, and complete call summaries according to the written procedure.
  • Create a financial PDF and send it to the client promptly as per the written procedure
  • Use CRM to track all outbound and inbound correspondence with clients.
  • Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation.

Reports to: Support Team Lead

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, some weeknights and some weekends required based on

seasonality.

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $23.00 an hour, depending on experience
