Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Requirement: English and Korean bilingual fluency

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP-level executives and staff

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to executive leadership. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, screening communications, and coordinating domestic and international travel. Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion. Organize meetings, events, and logistics, and maintain accurate records and inventories. Prepare personnel documents, process expense reports, and serve as a key resource for administrative policies and procedures.

• Independently plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects

• Manage executive scheduling, resolve conflicts, and coordinate logistics (location, A/V, meals, etc.)

• Interact professionally with high-level external clients, agencies, and media

• Maintain ongoing executive and industry contacts

• Ensure accuracy and detail in managing the Executive’s itinerary

• Identify critical communications requiring executive attention

• Interpret and clarify requests, and assist with timely responses and actions

• Prepare executive-level reports and compile data for internal and external communications

• Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations

• Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and special guests

• Support planning and execution of internal and external events

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience supporting VP-level executives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prepare and interpret executive-level materials and presentations

• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Korean required
