A leading scientific safety company is seeking a Research Analyst/Administrative Assistant to support acquisition efforts. The role, which is part-time and remote, involves conducting research, managing prospect data, and drafting communications. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Research Analyst / Administrative Assistant
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote
Position: Part-time (30 hours a week)
Compensation: Competitive, consisting of:
· $20 USD an hour

Position
The analyst will be working directly with the President and Director of growth to help with the company's acquisition efforts, mainly helping identify and conduct outreach to prospective acquisition targets
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
· Reviewing websites of companies to identify potential acquisition targets
· Conduct research on identified acquisition targets
· Input and manage prospect information in spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date and organized
· Assist in drafting personalized outreach emails/messages to get in contact with owners
· Create financial analysis in excel of acquisition targets
Minimum Qualifications
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Basic proficiency in microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong work ethic
