Position Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President, Value Chain Optimization . The Executive Assistant will also provide team coordination and support for the leadership team as needed. T he candidate will be expected to manage a wide range of responsibilities, balancing the diverse and sometimes complex needs of multiple individuals. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and resourcefulness in handling daily operational tasks. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and maintain professional interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SVP, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and anticipate the needs of the leadership team and ensure seamless coordination across teams and smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and support meetings, including agenda development, logistics, minutes, and follow up action tracking.
- Plan, organize and coordinate all logistical details for in-house and off-site conferences, and team-building events. This includes securing venues, arranging catering, preparing event agendas, and organizing presentations.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Ensure all documents are clear, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries to appropriate resources.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Work closely with other assistants to ensure smooth operations and shared responsibilities. Supports team members during peak workloads and ensures a collaborative, efficient work environment.
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc tasks as required, assisting leadership and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, ensuring system access is granted, hardware is set up, and initial introduction meetings are scheduled. Supports the integration of new team members to ensure a seamless transition
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required . Associates degree preferred .
- Eight ( 8 ) years of A dministrative A ssistant experience required . Experience supporting Executive level leadership preferred.
- Proficient in office management and current computer/office communications technologies.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience and managing video conferencing.
- Up to 10% of travel required.

- Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
