Security Level 5 is a Bay Area AI security nonprofit hiring to design and build a datacenter tailored for frontier AI workloads. This role supports the CEO with calendar management, travel planning, expense processing, and high-quality written communications.

You’ll help keep priorities aligned, handle confidential material, and maintain a calm, organized workflow across multiple time zones. The work is part of a fast-moving, early-stage team with meaningful mission impact.

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and communications
• Assist with admin tasks such as expenses, travel bookings, and appointments
• Support meetings by preparing documents and slide decks
• Proofread and draft short writings for the CEO (emails/outreach)
• Help prioritize tasks and monitor Slack/email/task trackers
