Responsibilities

• Manages the main phone line by answering, screening, and directing calls.
• Provides broad administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Assists in coordinating meetings, including preparing agenda and following up on action items.
• Handling mail and deliveries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating vendors and events.
