Job summary

Secunm in Santa Fe, New Mexico, seeks an Executive Administration and Events Manager to provide high-level support to the executive team while managing event planning and administration. This role requires excellent communication, organization skills, and knowledge of event management.

The successful candidate will supervise the Executive Administrative Assistant(s) and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the executive office. A degree in Business Administration along with extensive executive admin and supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive administrative support.
  • Strong skills in managing calendars and appointments.
  • Experience in event planning including budgeting and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team.
  • Plan and deliver company-wide events.
  • Supervise the Executive Administrative Assistant(s).
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
Extensive event planning and marketing experience
Ability to handle confidential material
Ability to work independently
Strong collaborative relationship skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
7 years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience
2 years of supervisory experience
