Benefits & Compensation Details
- Probationary Period: Standard benefit eligibility begins following a 3-month probation period.

We are seeking an experienced, highly polished Executive Administrative Assistant 4 to provide executive-level support to the C-Suite and senior leadership at Samsung Electronics in Plano, TX. This role serves as a key information manager, overseeing complex calendar coordination, executive travel, expense submissions, meeting logistics, and cross-divisional liaison duties. Key Responsibilities
- C-Suite Calendar & Meeting Oversight: Proactively manage complex executive calendars, resolve schedule conflicts, prepare board agendas, and coordinate meeting setups, catering, and guest logistics.
- Executive Travel & Expense Administration: Arrange domestic/international travel itineraries and compile, review, and submit accurate expense reports and IT system requests.
- Corporate Communications & Document Control: Draft, review, and distribute incoming memos, letters, reports, and financial statements; manage records systems with absolute confidentiality.
- Office & Onboarding Operations: Oversee office equipment, order supplies, perform basic bookkeeping/invoice processing, and coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding logistics (access setup, hardware).
- Cross-Divisional Liaison: Build strong relationships with admin networks, handle ad-hoc executive requests, update organizational/seating charts, and resolve routine operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or Associate degree with equivalent high-level corporate executive support experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of corporate experience required (8–10 years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior C‑Suite executives strongly preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent oral and written English required; bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with corporate travel/expense management and IT access portals.
