Executive Account Director - Remote (hybrid if near Midvale, UT)

Our expertise in technology, data collection, and financial controls is embodied in our product 340BDirect, which offers simplicity, order, and transparency to our customers.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Account Director position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  1. Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  2. Identify potential customers via prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up on all leads.
  3. Manage client issues and client relations.
  4. Occasionally participate in marketing events and activities.
  5. Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close.
  6. Communicate the company's value proposition to the marketplace.
  7. Make product recommendations to clients.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in inside sales, experience selling into the pharmacy industry, prospecting, targeting new business, or related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Preferably, experience with 340B or healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of inside sales, CRM systems (including Salesforce), sales techniques, and practices.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and competitive drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong phone presence.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Professional representation of the company.
  • Basic proficiency in software such as PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheets.

Pay range (depending on experience and location): $28.00-$33.65, base plus quarterly incentive.
