Executive Account Director - Remote (hybrid if near Midvale, UT)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Identify potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up on leads.
  • Manage client issues and relationships.
  • Participate in marketing events and activities as needed.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition to the marketplace.
  • Make product recommendations to clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the pharmacy industry, prospecting and targeting new business, or related experience.
  • Experience and education may be combined to meet requirements.
  • Preferably experience with 340B or healthcare sectors.
  • Knowledge of inside sales, CRM systems (including Salesforce), and sales techniques.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and competitive drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Professional representation of the company.
  • Basic proficiency in software programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
