Executive Account Director - Remote (hybrid if near Midvale, UT)

We work closely with each customer to solve business problems using decision-critical information through innovative software solutions and professional guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Identify potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up on leads.
  • Manage client issues and relationships.
  • Participate in marketing events and activities occasionally.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition to the marketplace.
  • Recommend products to clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the pharmacy industry, prospecting and targeting new business, or related experience.
  • Experience and education may be combined to meet job requirements.
  • Preferably with 340B or healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of inside sales, CRM systems (including Salesforce), sales techniques, and practices.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong competitive drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong phone presence.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Professional representation of the company.
  • Basic proficiency in software programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheets.

Pay (depending on experience and location): $28.00-$33.65, base plus quarterly incentive
