Beacon Hill is seeking a Corporate Access professional for a 1-year contract, located in Los Angeles or San Francisco. You will build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and IR teams, coordinating meetings, conferences, and expert engagements while researching market developments to identify differentiated access opportunities.

You will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Technology, and Sales teams, ensuring accurate activity records and driving process improvements in a fast-paced financial

Competenze

• 5+ years in Corporate Access or related financial services role
• Experience with public company management teams and IR preferred
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment research
• Industrials or Small Cap exposure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/MBA/IR certs are a plus

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, IR teams, sell-side partners, and industry experts
• Represent senior-level stakeholders to executives and leadership
• Coordinate management meetings, conferences, site visits, and expert engagements
• Research companies, industries, and market developments to identify access opportunities
• Partner with Compliance, Technology, Research Data Services, Meetings & Events, and Sales
• Maintain activity records and support process improvements
