  • Proactively identify and cultivate new relationship opportunities that align with investment team priorities.
  • Educate external stakeholders on the company's long-term investment philosophy and research process to strengthen awareness, trust, and engagement.
Partner with Investment Professionals
  • Develop a deep understanding of analyst and portfolio manager research priorities, investment philosophies, and sector interests.
  • Act as a strategic partner to investment professionals by identifying and originating high-impact meetings, events, and research opportunities.

  • Research companies, management teams, industries, and market developments to identify differentiated access opportunities.
  • Navigate complex scheduling and relationship challenges while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Partner with meeting planners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and engagements when logistical support is required.
Collaborate Across a Global Organization
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Global Corporate Access team in North America, Europe, and Asia to deliver a coordinated experience for investment professionals.
  • Partner with teams across the organization, including Compliance, Meetings & Events, Research Data Services, Technology, and Sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting related to corporate access activity and utilization within CorpAxe.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and broader efforts to enhance the Corporate Access program globally.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 5-8+ years of direct experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, institutional sales, equity research, investment banking, or another client-facing role within financial services.
  • Direct experience working with public company management teams and Investor Relations professionals strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and the investment research process.
  • Knowledge or experience within Industrials, small cap or related sectors is a plus.
Professional Attributes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively with limited oversight.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior executives, Investor Relations teams, and investment professionals.
  • High degree of professional maturity, executive presence, and confidence interacting with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial curiosity and desire to continually learn about companies, industries, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business objectives.
  • Resourceful problem solver who takes initiative and drives outcomes.
