Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Execution Transformation Enablement Manager to lead enablement across AI, data, robotics, and project innovation within the Infrastructure domain.

The role drives training programs, change management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, ensuring adoption of new tools and capabilities. This is a part-time telework position with at least three days in-person per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change management, organisational development, learning & development, or technology enablement roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes for enterprise technology deployments at scale.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Functional ET Leads across business units, providing dotted-line management and direction on ET plans and priorities.
• Develop, manage, and grow the ET Champions Network with onboarding and engagement activities.
• Design and implement ET change management strategies for tool rollouts and adoption.
• Develop and deliver training programmes tailored to functional teams.
• Track and report ET Enablement metrics and milestones across the AI programme.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify barriers and develop adoption solutions.
• Support communications and awareness campaigns for AI milestones and new capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to improve Enablement content.
• Maintain learning materials and Enablement guides for deployed AI solutions.
• Align Enablement strategies with governance and programme objectives.
• Prepare content for leadership updates and coordinate with ET leads on progress.
