Job summary

Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team and manage complex projects in semiconductor, AI data center, and life sciences markets. You will oversee engineering elements of capital estimates and ensure alignment with scope and budget.

This part-time telework role requires strong technical leadership, planning, and coordination with project controls, procurement, and ES&H, with periodic in-person collaboration at the assigned office or

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with 3D modeling tools (Revit, Navisworks, SP Hexagon).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small to medium/large engineered projects within a global unit.
• Own engineering elements of a project capital estimate and budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Procurement, Construction, ES&H and Project Controls.
