Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading software or technology implementations end-to-end, including client discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with project controls, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to surface business problems.
• Develop detailed AI use case documentation with problem statements, objectives, outcomes, success metrics, and stakeholder requirements.
• Assess technical and operational feasibility of AI use cases and justify benefits for leadership review.
• Lead functional implementation with corporate AI teams & project teams to deploy AI analytics and solutions.
• Create training materials, onboarding docs and user guides for project personnel on AI tools.
• Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure adoption of AI solutions.
• Maintain structured project documentation including requirements, design decisions, implementation records, and lessons learned.
• Stay current with AI tooling developments and identify opportunities to improve solutions and workflows.
