Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a dedicated Execution Desk Support member for our Philadelphia area Headquarters. You will embed on our Equity Options desk, directly interfacing with traders and sales trades to ensure accurate trade positions and timely exchange of information.

The role emphasizes coverage of PnL and blotter management, as well as liaison duties with desk teams, dealers, exchanges, and compliance. A strong, team-oriented, fast-paced work environment is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a support capacity, ideally on a trading desk or exchange floor.
• SIE and Series 57 licenses required; candidates willing to obtain the other within 4 months of hire will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with Excel required; VBA and/or Python preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and able to work under pressure.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

Susquehanna currently has a job opportunity available on our Execution Desk Support team assisting our Equity Options desk at our Philadelphia area Headquarters.

By taking this job, you will be embedded on one of our trading desks where you will directly interface with and support a team of traders and sales trades. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the products our customers trade from those around you and will serve as a key piece to ensuring a smooth and expeditious flow of information between our traders & sales traders, our customers, exchanges, clearing firms, and compliance teams. Your role is integral to the success of our desk as our traders rely on you to maintain accurate trade positions and profit and loss (PnL) reports as well as to help ensure seamless communication between market participants.

In this role, you will

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a support capacity, ideally on a trading desk or exchange floor preferred
• Possession of both SIE and Series 57 licenses required; candidates with at least one license and the willingness to obtain the other within 4 months of hire will also be considered
• Demonstrated experience with Excel required; experience with VBA and/or Python preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, critical
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
