Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License
• Property and Casualty License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage your exclusive territory and agency.
• Build and run your agency with support from Horace Mann.
• Confidently present products to educators, groups, and individuals.
• Actively engage in networking, community, and industry events.
• Invest time and resources to ensure long-term business success.
