Job summary

Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent to lead an agency with a defined, exclusive territory and no overlap with other agents. The role offers competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation and a 48-month incentive package to accelerate earnings.

You’ll have access to quarterly incentives in the first 48 months, a dedicated service representative, and cutting-edge technology to support growth. A comprehensive multiline product portfolio and market-building programs are provided to help you

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions for affordable educator insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong client relationships.
• Present products to groups and individuals.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events.
• Invest time and resources for long-term business success.
