Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your exclusive agency.
• Sell a multiline product portfolio to educators.
• Develop market access and build strong educator relationships.
• Represent Horace Mann in a professional, consultative manner.
