Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will work in a niche market with an exclusive territory and cutting-edge tools to grow your client base.

You’ll receive a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with incentives and quarterly rewards. No external office is required, and a dedicated service representative will support you as you build your business.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2–5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
