Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an exclusive insurance agency in a niche territory.
• Present insurance and financial product solutions to educators and groups.
• Build market access and relationships through networking and community events.
• Leverage Greenhouse AI matching to align with job requirements.
