Job summary

Horace Mann Company is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build and manage an independent agency with an exclusive territory. This 1099, commission-based role offers a comprehensive incentive program and access to cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio.

You will focus on educators, presenting insurance solutions and building relationships via networking, with no required external office for 2 years. Prior insurance experience and relevant licenses are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License, Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
