Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions, with no external office required for 2 years. This role offers a performance-based [1099] compensation model and a comprehensive incentive package designed to reward activity and results.

You will build relationships in a niche territory, present products to individuals and groups, and leverage cutting-edge technology with ongoing training to grow your business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
