Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and business-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure clients in educator communities.
• Present product solutions and build long-term relationships.
• Network through events and local organizations.
• Manage agency development and customer service support with minimal supervision.
