Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This 1099-based opportunity emphasizes an incentive-driven package, market access, and relationship-building to grow your business.

You will present tailored products to individuals and groups, participate in networking events, and build a sustainable agency with support from a Premier Service Representative and a multiline product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
