Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required (Life and Health; Property and Casualty).
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required depending on region.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your agency within Horace Mann’s ecosystem.
- Present products to educators and groups to grow your client base.
- Engage in networking, community and industry events to expand reach.
- Invest time and resources to ensure long-term success of your business.
