Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security. You will build your own agency, present products, and leverage a dedicated service rep to focus on growth in an exclusive territory.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
- Develop market access and build strong relationships with clients.
- Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
- Engage in networking, community, and industry events.
