Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to join our educator-focused team. This role offers 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives, plus a dedicated Service Representative to support you as you grow your business.

You will work in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio, supported by market and relationship-building programs; no external office is required

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Residence with Life and Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities
