Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators protect their financial future and grow their own agency. You will work in a dedicated territory with cutting-edge tools and a comprehensive product portfolio.

This is a 1099, performance-based opportunity with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, earning incentives, and quarterly rewards for success. No external office is required for 2 years, with support from a dedicated service representative.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills are required to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
