Responsibilities

• Create customized travel recommendations based on client needs.
• Coordinate reservations and travel services using booking platforms and supplier resources.
• Prepare and deliver itineraries, confirmations, documents, and pre-travel information.
• Assist clients with itinerary adjustments and special travel requests.
• Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Stay engaged with clients leading up to departure with updates and assistance.
• Maintain records of client interactions, reservations, and details in company systems.
• Work with preferred travel partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Participate in destination education, supplier training, and ongoing development.

In this role, you'll assist clients from their initial travel inquiry through their final itinerary, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. Key Responsibilities
