Job summary

Plante Moran is looking for a Microsoft Exchange and Teams Engineer to join their Infrastructure Services Team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves supporting internal communications solutions, handling tasks related to Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and email security. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in these systems are preferred. Qualifications

• At least three years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Online and email security solutions.
• Experience with eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of external email routing and configuration, including MX records, SPF, DMARC, and DKIM.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish standards for messaging and communication solutions.
• Lead infrastructure and security related projects from idea generation to implementation.
• Provide support for escalated incidents regarding Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
