Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Microsoft Exchange and Teams Engineer to support infrastructure services including Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams. This role requires at least 3 years of experience with messaging solutions and a strong customer service focus.

The successful candidate will lead projects, provide support for escalated incidents, and develop business continuity plans. A robust benefits package is offered, including health insurance and a compensation range of $89,500–$120,000.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Online solutions.
• Knowledge of email routing and configuration including MX records, SPF, DMARC, DKIM.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer messaging and communication team solutions.
• Lead infrastructure and security related projects from idea to implementation.
• Provide support and analysis on escalated support incidents.
