The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a cold, wet environment, with Sunday through Thursday shifts. Responsibilities include pallets, Bills of Lading, Cross Dock prep, and ensuring product integrity from receipt to release.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in cold and wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies; note on paperwork.
• Confirm pallet integrity for Fresh Catch and Cross Dock.
• Ensure icing of products upon arrival.
• Record product and truck temperatures.
• Review packing lists and verify pallet contents.
• Walk cooler/freezer daily for timely movement.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documentation in Excel.
• Stage and prepare Cross Dock shipments.
• Upload receiving documentation to the company drive.
• Assist with product movement in the cooler.
• Support product release to Production when required.
• Operate electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift (certification preferred).
