Job summary

Fresh Express Salads is seeking an Assistant Receiving Supervisor to manage accurate receiving, put-away of goods, and inbound freight, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely completion of loads. The role involves supervising forklift performance, monitoringReceiving area operations, and driving process improvements in a cold, wet environment.

Candidate should have 1-4 years of Receiving experience, strong team skills, willingness to work flexible hours, and proficiency with AS/400 and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Unload coordination.
• Support of process improvement teams.
• Ongoing management of associate development, discipline, safety and morale.
• Shift-end sanitation and housekeeping.
• Maintain food safety, employee safety, and all quality standards.
• Ensure GMP and SOP for rotation, receiving and warehousing operations.
• Timely completion of all required reports and paperwork.
• Make recommendations for receiving process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
