Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with Word/Outlook.
• Strong data-entry accuracy with attention to detail.
• Experience handling accounts receivable or accounts payable is preferred.
• Good communication and professional interaction across teams.
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues with minimal direction.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry into accounting systems.
• Evaluate source documents for accuracy, reconcile and verify data.
• Process and create customer invoices and post customer payments.
• Set up new customer accounts and confirm information with customers.
• Process vendor invoices through accounts payable per company policy.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment or billing issues.
• Report daily bank activity to management and post deposits.
