Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with accounting experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GAAP concepts and month-end close.
• Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SL, FYISoft, or Altec DocLink is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledgers and accounts payable coding.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly analyses.
• Assist in tax filings and depreciation schedules.
• Manage cash flow schedules and regulatory filings.
• Ensure GAAP revenue/expense recognition and month-end close.
• Coordinate with auditors during year-end close.
• Lead cross-training initiatives.
