• Ability to read blueprints and work with a grading foreman.

Excavator Operator
Merit Asphalt, located in Southeastern Wisconsin, is actively seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for the 2024 season. Requirements:

1. 3+ Years experience in excavation. Asphalt & Concrete experience is preferred.
2. Able to shoot grades and read/understand blueprints
3. Ability to work with grading foreman, and crew of 3-4 co-workers
4. CDL with trailer endorsement preferred
5. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history
