Beck Construction & Excavation, Inc. is seeking an Excavation & Utilities Foreman to lead a hands-on crew, oversee daily excavation, underground utility installation, grading, and related civil construction activities.

You will work alongside the crew to anticipate next steps and keep people, equipment, and materials moving efficiently. This role requires strong planning, communication, and safety focus, with responsibilities including planning daily field activities, reading plans, coordinating

Competenze

• Extensive hands-on experience in excavation, underground utilities, or related civil construction.
• Ability to read construction plans, interpret survey stakes, establish grades, and use layout equipment.
• Experience leading construction crews and coordinating daily field operations.

• Lead and work alongside crews performing excavation, underground utility installation, grading, and related construction activities.
