Roto-Rooter in Orlando is seeking an Excavation Manager to lead and grow our excavation services. You will develop existing business, cultivate new customers, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, efficient use of equipment and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years prior excavation experience; plumbing and sewer and drain knowledge a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• May be required to hold a plumbing license, depending on local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops existing business and builds customer relationships.
• Oversees job permits and licenses issues.
• Prepare bid packages and performs estimates.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers for staffing and equipment.
• Ensure branch profitability and proper code-out of excavation jobs.
• Identify and pursue excavation sales opportunities.
