3 Mountains Home Services is seeking an Excavation Install Apprentice to learn the ins and outs of underground utility work and safely operate equipment. You'll assist with trenching, digging, piping installations, and daily job preparation while building real hands-on skills for a long-term trade career.

This field-based role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid license, and willingness to travel to residential and commercial sites.

• Requires a basic safety mindset and ability to follow directions.
• Experience in construction or excavation is a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Position SummaryAs an Excavation Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning theins and outs of underground utility work and how to safely operate the equipment that gets thejob done.
