Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and background check as per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with Roto-Rooter computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage.
• Proactive follow‑up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing/water‑related solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
