Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in San Antonio, TX seeks a Field Sales Representative for our Excavation department. You will pursue pre-qualified leads from field service technicians and call centers, selling sewer line repair and replacement solutions for homes and businesses.

The role offers unlimited earnings with an average of $55,000-$75,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement, weekly base pay plus commission, and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is preferred and will be evaluated.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to use handheld devices and company software systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine need for repair or replacement.
• Follow up with existing customers to provide effective plumbing solutions.
• Provide quotes using pricing matrices and insurance guidelines to close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
