You will collaborate with National Faculty and internal teams, coordinating with external experts to ensure high-quality content.

Qualifications

• College degree is required.
• Experience with office or administrative tasks is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and eager to learn specialized test development software.
• Strong attention to detail, typing accuracy, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams and external experts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with item and case writing, review activities, and scheduling across virtual and on-site formats.
• Support National Faculty coordination, tracking submissions and follow-ups.
• Code metadata and assist in blueprinting test questions.
• Perform item bank maintenance and ensure content accuracy prior to publishing.
• Input and organize test items in the item bank software with appropriate metadata.
