Job summary

The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) is seeking a Content Development Associate I, Examinations to contribute nursing expertise to licensure content. You will review and edit examination material and collaborate with subject matter experts across the Examinations team.

Ideal candidates are RNs with BSN, 3+ years in clinical practice, and experience or interest in exam development and public speaking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) required.
• 3+ years of recent clinical practice.
• Experience with exam development and public speaking strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in content development and item evolution for nursing licensure exams.
• Review and edit exam content for accuracy, currency, and defensibility.
• Facilitate item development sessions and panels with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Develop materials for public speaking and outreach on behalf of NCSBN.
• Support special projects related to test development.
