Ascend Learning is seeking an Exam Security Client Advisor to guide nursing education clients in optimizing secure use of assessment products and fostering academic integrity. Hybrid work from Leawood, KS is preferred, with remote options within the United States.

The role requires 5+ years in nursing academia or client success, 2+ years teaching in nursing, and strong presentation and communication skills to support healthcare education clients. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia or Client Success required.
• 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in nursing education using ATI resources is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the nursing and allied health education industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for customers and customer-facing staff.
• Proficient in delivering engaging presentations both in-person and virtually to clients.
• Experience understanding and addressing the needs of the healthcare education industry.
• Proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver comprehensive content for new customer onboarding focusing on exam security and academic integrity.
• Conduct personalized client consultations to address exam security concerns and enhance programs.
• Provide training sessions for cross-functional teams to ensure unified understanding of exam security protocols.
• Create and host client-facing webinars covering exam security and integrity topics.
• Develop academic integrity case studies for clients to use as educational resources.
• Manage and monitor social media interactions to address potentially harmful groups or profiles.
• Prepare customer-facing communications addressing exam security issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer inquiry trends and monitor outcomes.
• Assist Commercial teams in messaging that Ascend’s commitment to assessment integrity.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and literature to support exam security programs.
