Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Disability Services Exam Proctoring Center (EPC) at UMass Amherst, for Amherst, Charles River and Springfield locations
• Supervises, trains and hires a staff of student assistants, proctors, couriers, floaters and reader/scribes
• Collaborates with faculty, Disability Services staff and students taking schedule exams to ensure timely and secure administration of exams with equitable accommodations.
• Resolves exam accommodation issues and provides a welcoming, accessible exam environment for students with disabilities.
