Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and not undergraduate coursework at any college or university.
• Able to work at least 25 hours a week within business hours.
• Able to work at least 15 additional hours during extended hours weeks.
• Able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Able to follow procedures precisely and pay attention to detail.
• Able to carefully handle secure and confidential information.
• Able to provide courteous customer service.
• Able to maintain positivity and professionalism in a team-based environment.
• Able to work effectively under high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Admit testers in and out of the facility, verify registration and ID, ensure devices are off, and provide testing materials.
• Proctor testers using camera and monitoring software and report any concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform office-administrative tasks and maintain facility cleanliness; respond to emails and assist the testing team.
• Assist during slower periods with special projects and tasks.
