Job summary

You will coordinate accommodations, manage the registration system, and assist in week- and cycle-based scheduling, including final exam periods and related programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with six years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience with testing centers or proctoring is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the testing center and supervises OPS proctoring staff.
• Prepares the facility, exam materials, and equipment for daily use; ensures proper working order.
• Guides students and instructors through test service eligibility, setup, and scheduling; coordinates accommodations as needed.
• Maintains the exam registration system and the exam calendar; makes scheduling adjustments and provisions as able.
• Coordinates extended operations during final exam weeks and assists in implementing programming and events.
• Reviews policies to ensure compliance with proctoring standards; supports research to improve assessment services.
• Performs other duties supporting academic integrity initiatives and the department's mission.
